Well the thing is, that this agreement & any I could find, are for licensing rights. I'm needing one for ownership but not a sales agreement, because It's both parties to begin with & no one selling it to the other. just something stating that both parties that created it, share it equally from when it was created.

you don' t have to do all that for me. I'm trying to also keep it super simple & more in layman's terms. started writing one myself.
just wanted to make sure I don't miss anything & leave something very important out.
